Privacy Policy
Information about data processing on blurtplugin.online.
1. Data controller
The controller of data processed by blurtplugin.online is a private person running an informational, hobby and technical project for tools related to the Blurt ecosystem. Privacy contact: kontakt@blurt.pl.
2. Data that may be processed
Depending on the function used, the website may process: e-mail address, IP address, basic browser technical data, date and time of an operation, form language, referrer/voucher identifier, registration attempt status, selected Blurt account name, public blockchain transaction identifier, and data needed for error handling and abuse prevention.
During account creation, Blurt keys may be generated. Under the current system logic, raw keys are used technically to create the account and should not be stored in logs or the database. Encrypted keys may be sent to the provided e-mail address if the chosen flow requires it.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed primarily to provide the service requested by the user: preparing a registration link, handling a voucher, creating a Blurt account, sending e-mail messages, protecting forms from spam and abuse, keeping basic technical logs, and diagnosing errors.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is performance of a user-requested service, legitimate interest in protecting the website and preventing abuse, and — for optional analytics — the user’s consent given in the cookie banner.
5. Storage period
The e-mail address is stored only as needed to provide the service, handle the sent link, limit abuse and document proper form operation. Technical and anti-spam logs are kept for the period needed to secure the service and solve technical issues. Data publicly stored on the Blurt blockchain is not controlled by this website and may be public and difficult or impossible to remove.
6. Recipients and external services
Data may be processed by the hosting provider, e-mail provider, anti-spam/captcha tools such as Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha, and — after consent — Google Analytics. When clicking links to external services such as Blurt frontends, Discord, Facebook or other tools, their own privacy rules also apply.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses essential local mechanisms such as remembering language, theme, cookie choice and form protection. Google Analytics is loaded only after accepting analytics cookies. Consent can be changed by clearing site data in the browser or by using the button below.
8. User rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. For data matters, contact kontakt@blurt.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
9. Important blockchain notice
Blockchain is a public network. If you create an account or perform an operation on the Blurt network, public blockchain information such as account name, transactions and other on-chain data may be visible publicly regardless of this website.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when the website functionality, data processing scope or external tools change.
